Martin Hansford – Chairman & Founder of TRDT.  Martins rugby clubs over the years have included Camberley, Paviors, Lloyds Bank and United Banks. He has 15 years experience participating in and leading overseas development projects in India, Africa and South America.

Trevor Martingell – The most recent addition to the team of Trustees, Trevor is passionate about developing youth rugby. He has been Youth Chairman at Orpington Rugby Club for three years and he runs a programme on behalf of the RFU to coach the coaches of the future.

Rob Newman – Treasurer of the Trust, Rob is South African that grew up in the UK playing his rugby at Clifton College and Nottingham Trent University. He now runs his own business in the oil trading and broking markets of London and splits his spare time between his work for TRDT and his passion for sailing.

Chris Tapper – Founding member of the Trust, Chris has over 20 years experience working with Barclays Bank in the UK and is currently the Chairman of Junior Rugby at Sandbach Rugby Club.  Chris is yet to miss a TRDT Tour in the last 5 years !

Ian Redwood – A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ian runs his own business and is responsible for public face of the Trust.

Brian Hansford – Company Secretary, Brian is a professionalof of 30 years experience in the IT industry and has spent many years working overseas.
