Uganda occupies a part of eastern Africa about the size of the UK. It is bordered by Sudan to the north, Kenya to the east, Lake Victoria, Tanzania and Rwanda to the south and Congo (formerly Zaire) to the west. It is completely landlocked, but has 36,000 sq km of water within its 236,000 sq km of area. Its great beauty led to Winston Churchill referring to it as the 'Pearl of Africa'.

2 Tag Rugby Development officers employed in Kampala and beyond - other coaches financially supported in other areas
Over 2300 Children taught Rugby (Just the ones in the schools)
16 Teachers directly taught in a Teacher Training Programme
Over 50 Teachers have been through a Teacher Training programme run by our Employee in Kampala
12 Ugandan Rugby Coaches tutored on how to coach & coaching techniques
TRDT created a Mini Rugby scene at the Kampala clubs, extended this to local schools and is now replicating this in Jinja and Entebbe
